Pak U19 cricket team to leave for Bangladesh

LAHORE, Sep 25 (APP):Pakistan U19 cricket team will leave for Bangladesh on Wednesday to take part in the Asia U19 Cup, being played from Sept 28 in Dhaka.
Altogether eight teams are taking part in the Asian premier junior cricket activity and Pakistan has been placed in Group B along with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong. Afghanistan, Nepal, India and United Arab Emirates are in Group A.
Rohail Nazir will lead Pak team whose other members are: Muhammad Mohsin, Siam Ayub, Jehanzaib Sultan, Awaiz Zafar, Waqar Ahmad, Saad Khan, Mohammad Asif, Farrukh Abbas, Muhammad Bilal Javed, Junaid Khan, Musa
Khan, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Hussain and Arshad Iqbal.
Team management comprises (manager) Sadiq Muhammad, (head coach) Azam Khan, (assistant coach) Mohtashim Rasheed, (fielding coach) Saqib Faqir, (physiotherapist) Muhammad Usman, (trainer) Saboor Ahmad, (analyst)
Usman Hashmi.
Five reserve players are: Izhar Ahmad, Haider Ali, Bilal Khan, Mukhtar Ahmad and Khayam Khan.
Pak team will open its campaign in the Cup by taking on Hong Kong on Sept 29, Bangladesh on Oct 1 and Sri Lanka on Oct 2. Both semi-finals of the event will be played on Oct 4 and 5 and final will take place on
Oct 7.
