MANSEHRA, Oct 10 (APP): Federal Minister for Religious
Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousuf on Monday rejected the false propaganda of KPK government against China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and said the federal government did not change the route.
Soon we will organize an all parties conference against the
wrong conduct of provincial government in Hazara division.
He said this while addressing a conference regarding Hajj here in Mansehra on Monday.
Sardar Yousuf said the government would fail all the elements creating hurdles in CPEC project.
The minister said CPEC starts from district Kohistan of
Hazara. “Is Hazara not a part of the province,” he asked a question from chief minister KPK.
He further said some elements were not happy by the development of Hazara division. This project would bring real change in the social and economic condition of the people of northern areas and rest of the country as well. Thousands of the people will get employment and business opportunities through CPEC, he added.
Sardar Muhammad Yousuf said we had established the confidence of pilgrims on ministry where on first year we received 5000 less application for Haj Quota. But, when people saw our performance next year we received 57000 applications in just one hour which is also a record.
This year we received more than 300000 Haj applications, he added.
Talking about Indian atrocities in Held Kashmir, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf said Pakistan would extend its support for innocent Kashmiri people.
Talking about the ongoing developmental projects in
district Mansehra, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf said clean drinking water supply scheme worth 1.5 billion rupees for Mansehra city was in its final phase and soon people would be benefited by the water supply.
He further said through the PM grant of Rs 1.87 billion Sui gas supply line for Balakot, Shankiari and Oghi would also be completed within coming year.
