ISLAMABAD, Dec 8 (APP): Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday said that ties between India and Pakistan must improve and move forward.
She said she had arrived to attend the Heart of Asia Conference, because it was being held in Pakistan and was related to Afghanistan. “Therefore it has significance for India,” she added.
Talking briefly to the media upon arrival here at the Nur Khan Airbase, the Indian External Affairs Minister said she was looking forward to meet Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and her counterpart Sartaj Aziz.
Efforts would be made to bring normalcy in the bilateral relationship, she added.
