ISLAMABAD July 28 (APP): Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Chaudhry Muhammad Birjees Tahir on Thursday said that Indian occupational forces in Kashmir cannot quell the voices of Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination by killing youth and detaining leadership.
“India should stop killing Kashmiri youth and respect international human rights laws and give Kashmiris their inalienable right to self-determination,” he said talking to PTV.
The minister condemned Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and said, India cannot silence the voices of hundreds of thousands Kashmiris who are waging a struggle for their just right.
“Their movement cannot be quelled by killing youth and detaining Kashmiri leadership.”
