Govt focuses on infrastructure sector for country’s development: Yousaf

ISLAMABAD, Jun 3 (APP): Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and
Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf Friday said government has focused on
infrastructure development in its budget that will help in making the country prosperous.
Talking to newsmen here outside the Parliament House, he said
special incentives have been announced in agriculture sector to increase local
production.
Subsidy would be given on urea and other agriculture related goods to encourage farmers, he added.
Sardar Yousaf said Pakistan was an agricultural country and the current steps taken by the government in this sector would strengthen the country’s economy.
He said the government has presented people friendly budget to ease the lives of downtrodden segments of society.
