Baloch folk artist appreciates Azadi Train project


ISLAMABAD, Oct 6 (APP): Folk singer of Balochistan province
Liaqat Ali Baloch on Thursday appreciated Azadi Train project for showcasing rich cultural diversity and infusing patriotic fervor amongst the youth.
He was part of Pakistan National Council of the Arts folk singers group during Azadi Train 45 days journey from Peshawar to Lahore, Quetta and Karachi.
The young folk singer from far flung area of Darra Bollan of Balochistan province, said that Azadi Train not only infused the spirit of patriotism among the people but also provided an opportunity to the folk artists to perform in various parts of the country.
He said “I have not only enjoyed my performances in various cities of Balochistan during Azadi Train but also got big response in various cities of Punjab and Sindh”.
He said that people love Balochi folk music across the country as he got big applause during performances.
The young folk artist is planning to perform in Islamabad and would soon participate in the musical show to entertain the people of the capital city.
