Quake jolts parts of KP

PESHAWAR, Dec 14 (APP):An earthquake of moderate intensity jolted parts of Khyber Pakhunkhwa including Malakand Division on Friday morning.

A report of Pakistan Meteorological Department stated that an earthquake occured measuring 5.3 on international Richter scale at 09.36PST of Friday morning, with a depth of 113km and 36.15N latitude and 70.49 longitude.
The epicentre of the quake was in Hinduksh range, Afghanistan.
The tremors were felt in Malakand, Dir upper and lower districts.
