“The most fundamental element to advance peace and stability in South Asia is building trust among the key stake holders of the region especially Afghanistan, Pakistan and the US on the one hand and Pakistan and India on the other,” Pakistan’s ambassador to the US, Jalil Abbas Jilani said while speaking at the University of California in Berkeley on the significance of Paksitan-US relations towards security and stability in South Asia.
