PESHAWAR, Sept 02 (APP): The security forces have killed all the armed terrorists after a fierce gun battle in Chirstian Colony Warsak, some 35 kilometer off Peshawar on Friday morning, ISPR said.

The terrorists four in number equipped with arms and ammunition today stormed Christian Colony in Warsak after targetting the security guard. The security forces promptly responded and surrounded the area.

Heavy exchange of fire took place between the forces and terrorists which culminated at the killing of all the terrorists. In exchange of  fire two FC soldiers, a police constable and two civilian guards were injured.

The security forces cordoned off the area and started door to door search operation. The situation was in controll and the operation ended successfully, said ISPR official.

The Chief of Army Staff has appreciated army, Frontier Corps and police for prompt and effective response to counter the terrorists attempt successfully.
