ISLAMABAD, Mar 12 (APP):Minister of State for Interior, Shehryar Khan Afridi on Tuesday directed NADRA officials to bring further improvement in one window operations for early redressal of citizens’ complaints.
The Minister, who conducted surprise visit at different centers of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in twin cities, reviewed performance of ongoing operations of the Authority.
On the occasion, he listened to the complaints of citizens and issued instructions to relevant authorities for entertaining them in effective way, especially address issues of overseas Pakistanis on priority.
Shehryar Khan Afridi said that the government was fully committed to bringing more reforms in the institutions.
To a complaint about break-time at NADRA office, he directed that no shutter down would be allowed and the operations would continue in a smooth way.
