Defence analysts term Indian actions dangerous for regional peace

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP): Defence analysts have strongly
regretted the Indian belligerence and arms build-up, describing it as dangerous for the regional peace and security. 
Analyst, Jamshed Ayaz talking to a news channel on Sunday pointed out that 80 percent Indian population lives below the poverty line. Instead of spending money on purchase of latest weapons, India should pay attention towards bringing improvement in the lives of poor people, he added.
Analyst, Dr. Muhammad Khan expressing his views said India cannot establish its hegemony in the region with stockpiles of weapons.
He said Pakistan is a nuclear state and it wants relationship with India on the basis of sovereign equality.
Shahid Hussain Siddiqui said the policies of the present
government have raised country’s image in the world.
