GUJRAT, Feb 14 (APP): A woman was killed in a road accident, here on Saturday.
According to Rescue 1122 spokesperson, the victim identified as Ghazala Nadeem (57) was crossing the road when a van heading towards Rawalpindi hit her.
As a result, she suffered a severe head injury and died on the spot.
Rescue teams reached on the spot, shifted the body to Civil Hospital Lalamusa.
Further investigation was underway.
