AJK PM concern about Malik’s health, demands allowing him to go abroad

ISLAMABAD, Oct 11 (APP): Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider has urged the United Nations General Secretary to take notice of illegal detention of Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Yasin Malik by the Indian authorities.

According to a news channel, in his letter to the United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki Moon, he said that Indian authorities have been committing deliberate negligence towards treatment of Yasin Malik despite his deteriorating health.

Yasin Malik has been behind the bars in Srinagar since July 8 after the killing of freedom fighter Burhan Wani.
