ISLAMABAD, Feb 16 (APP): The Provincial Management Service (PMS) Officers Association, Punjab, has notified the formation of its new representative panel for the year 2026.
According to the official notification issued by the Election Commissioner PMSOA, Qamar Uz Zaman Qaisrani has been nominated as President, while Kashif Raza Awan will serve as Senior Vice President.
Mussawir Niazi has been appointed General Secretary, and Hassan Nazir will take charge as Joint Secretary.
The panel also includes Amir Butt as Secretary I&C, Iffat Un Nisa as Secretary F&W, and Farrukh Mehmood as Secretary Legal Matters.
The newly notified panel is expected to play a key role in representing PMS officers and addressing professional and administrative matters during its tenure in 2026.
