ISLAMABAD, Sep 26 (APP): Major General Zahid Hamid promoted to
the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed Surgeon General.
Whereas Lieutenant General Sarfraz Sattar posted as Director
General Strategic Plans Division (SPD), said an ISPR press release.
