ISLAMABAD, May 5 (APP): Ground breaking ceremony of Sukkur-Multan Section of Pakistan Motorway will be held
on May 6 (Friday) at Sukkur.
An official of National Highway Authority (NHA) on Thursday
said, the 392 kilometre section of the motorway will cost Rs 294 billion and will be completed in three years time.
On the directive of Prime Minister, project for construction
of Peshawar-Karachi Motorway is planned and 393 Km long Sukkur-Multan Motorway is a part of this project. It is also a part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
