ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib on Thursday said it was a welcoming development that the whole world was acknowledging Prime Minister Imran Khan's efforts for mitigating effects of climate change.
In a tweet, he also mentioned remarks of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session about PM Imran Khan’s climate action.
Farrukh said at the UNGA session, the British prime minister had urged the world leaders to follow PM Imran Khan’s example for carrying out massive tree plantation campaigns in their respective countries.
