PTF Rising Tennis Stars initiative launched

The Pakistan Tennis Federation’s National JTI Program, Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President of the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), has launched the PTF Rising Tennis Stars Initiative, a new program specifically designed to focus on the 10 & Under age category and nurture young talent at the grassroots level.

ISLAMABAD, Mar 10 (APP): The Pakistan Tennis Federation’s National JTI Program, Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President of the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), has launched the PTF Rising Tennis Stars Initiative, a new program specifically designed to focus on the 10 & Under age category and nurture young talent at the grassroots level.

In this connection, the PTF President, accompanied by Maj Suleman Junaid (Senior Vice President – PTF), Hamid Niaz (National JTI Coordinator), and Masood Abbasi (Regional JTI Coordinator), visited Roots International Schools System in Islamabad. During these visits, the delegation held productive and encouraging meetings with school managements to discuss collaboration for the promotion of tennis among young students, said a press release.

Detailed plans and strategies were discussed to organize tennis training camps during the months of April and May.
In addition, Tennis Festivals will also be organized during the summer vacation, providing children with an exciting opportunity to experience and learn the sport in a fun and engaging environment.

The school managements and students warmly welcomed the PTF delegation. The children were particularly thrilled to meet Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, the pride of Pakistan, whose presence served as a great source of inspiration for the young aspiring tennis players.
