POA forms committees for holding inter-provincial beach games
LAHORE, Oct 08 (APP):President Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) Lt Gen (retd) Syed Arif Hasan has formed a committee to organise the 1st Inter-Provincial Beach Games in a befitting manner.
Vice President POA Fatima Lakhani heads the eight-member committee, said Secretary POA Khalid Mahmood, here on Monday.
Following are the other members of the committee: Muhammad Khalid Mahmood, (Deputy Chairman), Muhammad Shafiq, Syed Wasimuddin Hashmi, Capt Nasir Mahmood, Asif Azeem, Khalid Rehmani and Ahmed Ali Rajput (members).
“The Inter-Provincial Beach Games are being held in the context of preparation for forthcoming 1st World Beach Games at San Diego 2019 and Sanya, China Beach Asian Games 2020,” said the POA official.
