ISLAMABAD, Apr 29 (APP):The 1st DHA Multan Invitational Tennis Tournament 2025 officially kicked off at the DHA Tennis Courts in Multan.
This event marks a significant milestone, being the first major tennis tournament held in Multan in over 30 years, said a press release.
Top-ranking players from across the country in the men’s, ladies’, and junior categories are participating in the event.
Ms. Ayesha Ali Baig, Tournament Director and sponsor of the event, expressed her joy, saying, This is the first tennis tournament in Multan in the last 30 years. The players are very happy, and InshaAllah, we aim to convert this into a national ranking tournament in the near future.
Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President-PTF, expressed his appreciation for the initiative and said, “I am delighted that this event is taking place in Multan. It will serve as a great opportunity to bring local talent into the national circuit. We aim to organize more such tournaments in cities across the country. He also thanked Ms. Ayesha for her initiative and support in organizing the event.
The President-PTF thanked DHA Multan and Bodla Builders for sponsoring the event.
