FGA office bearers ceremony held

ISLAMABAD, Mar 27 (APP):The Handing, Taking Over Ceremony of the office bearers of the Federal Golf Association (FGA) was held at the Islamabad Club Golf Course, FGA Office.
The ceremony marked the formal transition of leadership for the following key positions: President FGA, Honorary Secretary FGA and Honorary Treasurer FGA, said a press release.
Faheem Haider officially assumed charge as President, Federal Golf Association, along with his cabinet.
On behalf of the President, Pakistan Golf Federation (PGF), commemorative shields were presented to the outgoing office bearers: Zahid Arbab Pervez (Outgoing President FGA) Wg Cdr Ishrat Nishat Khokhar (R) (Outgoing Honorary Secretary FGA).
The ceremony was attended by senior officials of Pakistan Golf Federation, including: Honorary Secretary, PGF, Manager, PGF.
During the ceremony, the Secretary PGF extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected office bearers. While addressing the gathering, the outgoing President FGA appreciated the Pakistan Golf Federation for ensuring a smooth and transparent transition process, noting that this marks the first time in the history of the Federal Golf Association that such an organized and seamless handover has taken place.
