KARACHI, Mar 20 (APP):Mayor of Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab has extended Eidul Fitr greetings to all Muslims, especially the citizens of Karachi.
He said that Eid is the biggest festival of Muslims and teaches us the spirit of sacrifice and selflessness.
Wahab said that on this occasion, we should pray for the country’s security, unity, harmony, equality, and brotherhood.
He requested citizens to remember in their prayers, during Eid congregations, the progress, prosperity, and peace of the country, particularly the city of Karachi.
The Mayor of Karachi further stated that this city is the destination of our hopes and aspirations, and we must all live here together with unity and harmony and work towards a brighter future.
He also emphasized that on the occasion of Eid, we should take special care of the poor and needy so that they too can share in the joys of Eid.
