BHAKKAR , Mar 11 (APP):A young man on Wednesday was shot dead by unidentified assailants near Mehboob Nagar area in the jurisdiction of Saddar Police Station , a police spokesperson said on Wednesday.
According to police, the victim, identified as Ahmad Hassan, was targeted by unknown suspects who opened fire on him, killing him on the spot.
The police rushed to the scene and shifted the body to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for further procedures, he added.
SP Investigation Bhakkar, Shaukat Ali, also arrived at the crime scene along with a heavy police contingent and inspected the area.
The Police said all available resources were being utilized to arrest the suspects, he added.
