Rawalpindi Police on Monday arrested three drug suppliers and recovered more than 5Kg of charas during a crackdown against narcotics.

RAWALPINDI, Mar 16 (APP): Rawalpindi Police on Monday arrested three drug suppliers and recovered more than 5Kg of charas during a crackdown against narcotics.
According to a police spokesman, Jatli police held two suspects and recovered 3.2 Kg of charas from their possession during an operation.
In another raid, R A Bazar police arrested one suspect and recovered 2Kg of cannabis from him.
The spokesman said cases had been registered against the accused while further investigations were underway.
He said the crackdown against drug dealers would continue and all possible measures were being taken to eliminate the menace of narcotics from society.
