Rescue 1122 launches comprehensive Eid-ul-Fitr emergency plan

Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has announced a detailed emergency plan to ensure timely and effective response during Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations.

MULTAN, Mar 17 (APP):Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has announced a detailed emergency plan to ensure timely and effective response during Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations.
The plan, prepared under the guidance of Secretary Emergency Services Dr. Rizwan Naseer, includes mobile posts at major mosques and Eidgahs with ambulances,rescue and fire vehicles on standby.
Over 400 rescuers will remain on high alert, deploying 17 ambulances, 11 fire vehicles, additional rescue units, and 11 motorbike ambulances across the city. Teams will also cover Shujaabad and Jalalpur Pirwala.
Key locations for deployment include Central Eidgah Khanewal Road, Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh, Abdali Mosque, Masjid Umar Bin Khattab,Cantt areas,Askari Lake,Hussain Agahi, Vehari Chowk, Al-Quresh Colony Muzaffarabad, Haidria Mosque Gulgasht, and central Eidgahs in tehsils.
District Emergency Officer Dr. Hussain Mian instructed all personnel to remain alert and perform duties efficiently, while urging citizens to follow traffic rules, wear helmets, avoid overloading, and refrain from dangerous stunts.
Rescue 1122 services will remain available 24/7, and authorities emphasized that public safety and protection of lives and property was the top priority during the festival.
