Repair, maintenance of 18 roads underway with fast pace

FAISALABAD, Apr 01 (APP):The repair, maintenance and construction of 13 roads have been completed while work on 18 others is underway with fast pace in the city.
It was revealed in a briefing given to Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar in a meeting held here on Wednesday.
The commissioner urged for mobilizing the contractors to complete the work within stipulated time period and issued a warning that laying asphalt on should be completed within two weeks otherwise the contractors will be fined.
He said that provision of quality, comfortable travelling facilities is the priority of the government.
