Renowned poet Manzoor Saqib presided over the literary gathering while many local and visiting poets participated and presented their poetic work before an appreciative audience.
A large crowd of listeners attended the event and warmly received the poets, applauding their performances and literary expressions throughout the session.
Prominent poets who recited their poetry included Sehar Shirazi, Kamran Rasheed, Hajji Mubarak, Ali Asad, Imran Hussain Pasha, Anawash Saqi, Prof. Babar Sardar, Akhtar Suhail, Adeel Ahmed Adeel, Ghulam Abbas Sajal, Hassan Raza, Ali Tariq, Asghar Mushtaq, Dr. Khadim Hussain, Syed Nasir Hussain Bukhari, Nauman Tahir, Ali Jami, Altaf Ajiz, Waseem Akram Joya, Ahmed Hayat Baloch, Tabassum Qadri, Gohar Shirazi, Aashir Siddiqui, Hamid Raza Zaidi, Muhammad Younas, Ali Raza Arif and Dr. Qamar Abbas Qamar.
The poets presented a variety of genres, reflecting social issues, emotions, culture and contemporary themes, and received great appreciation from the audience.
