FAISALABAD, Apr 01 (APP): Divisional Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar on Wednesday announced that “Hifz-e-Quran” classes would soon be introduced in public schools across the Faisalabad division.
Speaking on the initiative, he said the classes would be launched in all Divisional Model Colleges and Divisional Public Schools and Colleges,enabling students to memorize the Holy Quran alongside their formal education.
The commissioner added that necessary steps had been taken to recruit qualified Hafiz teachers to ensure effective delivery of Hifz education.
He noted that public schools in the division already held a strong reputation for quality education and character building, adding that the introduction of Hifz classes would further enhance their scope.
Expressing confidence, Anwar said that the initiative would benefit a large number of students and promote religious learning in a structured academic environment.
