FAISALABAD, Mar 26 (APP): Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has completed various power development projects worth Rs177.491 million across its region to improve electricity supply and facilitate the consumers.
FESCO spokesman said here on Thursday that power development works worth Rs177.491 million were successfully completed during month which reflected commitment of the company to strengthen the electricity distribution network.
He said that during the month of February 2026, electricity was provided to 30 villages at a cost exceeding Rs57.598 million, bringing relief to residents of underserved areas and contributing to rural electrification.
He elaborated that six High Tension (HT) proposals were completed at a cost of Rs43.285 million while 69 Low Tension (LT) proposals were finalized with an expenditure of Rs76.608 million for enhancing system capacity and reducing load issues.
The construction wing has also been directed to ensure timely completion of all ongoing schemes so that maximum relief could be extended to electricity consumers, he added.
