Earth hour marked with walk, plantation in Gujrat

GUJRAT, Mar 28 (APP): The Environment Protection Agency (EPA) Gujrat organized an awareness walk and tree plantation on GT Road to mark Earth Hour 2026.

District Officer Environment Usama Majid, along with his team and members of civil society, took part in the event. Awareness was raised about environmental protection and energy saving, and saplings were planted during the activity.

The participants pledged to continue joint efforts to improve the environment, reduce pollution and promote a green and healthy environment.
