here on Friday and reviewed the facilities provided to citizens and the service
delivery system.
Manager e-Khidmat Markaz Taqib Hassan briefed the Commissioner on the procedure for issuing various services, including domicile, birth certificate, death certificate and other official documents. The Commissioner directed
to ensure the quality, transparency and timely delivery of services.
Hafiz Shaukat Ali directed that modern facilities in the e-Khidmat Markaz should be further improved for the convenience of citizens and to ensure prompt resolution of problems faced by the public. He also reviewed the cleanliness, discipline and staff attendance in the center.
The Commissioner said that as per the direction of Punjab government, providing the best and fastest facilities to the public under one roof was a priority, and all available resources were being utilized for this purpose.
Finally, the Commissioner Sargodha awarded the ISO 9000 certificate to Saqib Hassan, Manager E-Khidmat Markaz.
