Workers real asset of party: Governor

MULTAN, Oct 25 (APP)::Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar on Thursday said that party workers were real asset of the party.
During a meeting with party workers and members of National Assembly at Circuit House here, he said that issues of the workers would be resolved on priority and asked them to visit concerned office without any fear.
He said the PTI had got the mandate just because of the efforts of its workers, adding that the people of South Punjab would be given a gift of separate province soon.
The Governor maintained that clean drinking water was a basic need
of citizens and the government was paying special focus on this issue. He said that a five member committee would be formed in each tehsil to monitor water related issues which would be resolved on priority.
He said door of the Governor House remained open for the workers round the clock.
On this occasion, Members National Assembly Rana Qasim Noon, Malik Ahmed Hussain Dehar, PTI District President and Chairman Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Ejaz Hussain Janjua, Khalid Javed Warraich, Zaheen Kanwal, Rao Asif Anwar, Muhammad Saleem Bukhari and other party workers were also present.
Earlier, Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar visited Nishtar Hospital to inquire about the health of DG Khan bus accident injured.
