PESHAWAR, Apr 19 (APP):Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar Thursday said judiciary and state are inter-related and a state cannot be run without judiciary.
Addressing the trainee district and session judges at Judicial Complex here, he said that judiciary being an important segment of a state explains laws and judges should be well aware of the laws to properly and correctly explain for justice in the society.
He said that survival of humanity lies in judiciary, as the later ensure provision of basis rights to individuals.The CJ said that it is
imperative for judges to have clear knowledge of laws.
He expressed pleasure to see female officers and said that it was a good that female officers were also contributing in provision of justice.
A state is incomplete without judiciary: CJ
