ISLAMABAD, Jun 16 (APP):Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Saba Talpur took oath as a Member of National Assembly (MNA) on Monday following her victory in NA-213 Umerkot-I by-election.
The oath was administered by Deputy Speaker Ghulam Mustafa Shah, after which she signed the assembly’s registration roll.
Talpur won the seat by defeating independent candidate Lal Chand Malhi, who was supported by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), and others.
