LAHORE, Mar 06 (APP):Misri Shah Police, while conducting an operation, arrested a two-member gang involved in mobile and motorcycle theft with the help of mobile tracking and IMEI number.
According to SP City Bilal Ahmed, the police arrested the accused by tracking the stolen mobile phone. Two motorcycles, nine mobile phones, illegal weapons and Rs 40,000 in cash were recovered from the possession of the accused.
Police officials say that the accused were arrested while acting on a tip-off. The arrested accused were involved in crimes in different areas of Lahore.
According to SP City, SHO Ali Zeb Dastgir and Sub-Inspector Muneeb, along with the police team, took the accused into custody.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Saeed and Imad. The police have registered cases against both suspects and started further investigation.
