Instructions to accelerate revenue generation campaign after Ramazan

LAHORE, Mar 07 (APP):A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Director General (DG) Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Tahir Farooq on revenue generation on Saturday.
The revenue targets for the current financial year were reviewed in the meeting. The DG ordered to accelerate the revenue generation campaign immediately after Ramazan. He ordered for accelerating the recovery campaign to achieve the target in the last quarter of the current financial year. It was informed in the briefing that the LDA had issued a notification for commercialization of four important roads of the city. These roads include Barki Road, Ring Road to BRB Canal, College Road, Ghazi Chowk to UET Roundabout, Defence Road, Bhubatian Chowk to Kahna, GT Road, Quaid-e-Azam Interchange to BRB Canal.
The DG LDA ordered for ensuring early recovery from the four new roads to be commercialised. In the meeting, the director auction gave a briefing about the proposed auction in next month, April.
