ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s (PTI) candidate Raja Yawar Kamal Khan has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-25 Jhelum-1 by securing 59,717 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, PML-N’s candidate Meher Muhammad Fayaz stood second by getting 56,421 votes. The third position was grabbed by Syed Irfan Bukhari of Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan with 27,280 votes.
The voters’ turnout was recorded at 54.47%.
