ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s (PTI) candidate Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Khan has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-256 Rahim Yar Khan-2 by securing 36,367 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, PPPP’s candidate Qazi Ahmed Saeed stood second by getting 31,460 votes. The third position was grabbed by independent candidate Nazir Ahmed Baloch with 14,955 votes.
The voters’ turnout was recorded at 54.88%.
