ISLAMABAD, Dec 18 (APP):The Director General of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) will host an e-forum tomorrow, Friday, at 10:00 a.m. at the PCAA Headquarters in Karachi. The initiative allows citizens to directly present complaints and concerns regarding airport services.
During the e-forum, the DG and his team will hear complaints firsthand, providing an opportunity for immediate resolution. Citizens wishing to participate are requested to include their name, contact number, airport name, and detailed description of the issue in their submissions. Wherever possible, supporting documents should also be provided to facilitate quicker action.
The ninth session of the e-forum will be live-streamed on PCAA’s official Facebook page, enabling broader public engagement. Officials emphasized that providing complete information in the comments section will help ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
This initiative underscores PCAA’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and improved services across Pakistan’s airports.
