ISLAMABAD, Oct 29 (APP):State Minister for Railways and Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani on Wednesday said that Pakistan has made sincere efforts for resolving issues with Afghanistan. Afghan Taliban are responsible for failure in talks, he said while talking to a private television channel.
Afghan regime could not control the defunct organizations spreading terrorism in Pakistan, he said.
Pakistan has provided unprecedented humanitarian support to Afghan refugees but Afghan regime could not stop providing shelter to terrorist groups sabotaging peace in Pakistan, he stated.
In reply to a question about any misadventure from bordering areas, he said Pakistan is fully capable to counter any misadventure by enemy country India.
Commenting on role of new chief minister Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, he said the chief minister should take measures for addressing governance and security issues in provincial areas.
