ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (APP):National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Thursday filed a reference against former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National Testing Service (NTS), Haroon Rashid and others for their alleged involvement in maladministration and financial irregularities and causing a loss of more than Rs158 millions to the organization.
