ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP):Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar on Tuesday met with Presidents and other newly elected cabinet members of various bar associations.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Mianwali District Bar Association, Multan Bar, Khanewal Bar, Sheikhupura Bar, Nankana Sahib Bar, Pakpattan Bar, and Arifwala Bar Associations.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the renovation and improvement of bar rooms, professional and administrative issues faced by lawyers, as well as ongoing and proposed development projects.
The newly elected representatives apprised the Federal Minister of the challenges and requirements of their respective bar associations.
The Federal Minister stated that the legal fraternity is a vital pillar of the justice system and reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to strengthening bar institutions and supporting the welfare of lawyers. He assured full cooperation for the improvement of bar rooms and timely completion of development initiatives.
Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar further emphasized that the Ministry of Law and Justice will continue to maintain effective engagement with bar associations and take practical steps to address the concerns of lawyers while promoting institutional strengthening.
