KP assembly restricts visitor entry to MPA hostel amid security concerns
PESHAWAR, Mar 06 (APP):The Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has imposed a ban on the entry of visitors to the MPA Hostel in view of the prevailing security situation.
According to an official communication available with this agency, the MPA Hostel houses a large number of Members of the Provincial Assembly and is considered a sensitive location that could be vulnerable to potential threats.
In line with the security standard operating procedures (SOPs), only the members and their authorized staff residing at the hostel will be allowed entry until further orders.
The notice further states that no other individuals will be permitted to enter the premises during the current security situation.
Authorities have requested all concerned to cooperate with the hostel administration and security staff to ensure strict implementation of the directives.
