ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC)’s Judge Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas on Tuesday expressed excused to hear the bail restoration case of Faiz Hameed’s brother Najaf Hameed in a fraud case.
A hearing was held on Najaf Hameed’s bail restoration application in the fraud case. Najaf Hameed appeared in the court along with his lawyer Barrister Raja Qadeer.
Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas sent the case file to the Chief Justice. During the hearing, Justice Minhas said that the lawyer should explain to his client that I will not hear this case anymore.
It should be noted that the trial court had canceled Najaf Hameed’s bail, while the Islamabad High Court had suspended the trial court’s decision and restored the bail.
The Special Judge Central had withdrawn the January 16, decision to grant Najaf Hameed pre-arrest bail.
Najaf Hameed had challenged the January 24 decision to cancel the bail in the Islamabad High Court.
