ISLAMABAD, Jan 18 (APP): Jazz has been ranked as Pakistan’s top-performing mobile network for overall mobile Internet experience in the 2025 Mobile Connections Barometer published by nPerf, an independent global network performance measurement platform.
Based on millions of real-world user tests conducted between January 1 and December 31, 2025, the nPerf Barometer evaluates mobile Internet quality across key perforrmance indicators, including download and upload speeds, latency, web browsing, and video streaming performance.
Jazz achieved the highest overall nPerf score among all mobile network operators in Pakistan, reaffirming its leadership in delivering a superior and reliable mobile broadband experience, a press release issued here on Sunday said.
According to the report, Jazz recorded an overall score of 33,369 nPoints, outperforming other operators across multiple experience-based metrics. Jazz users benefitted from strong average download speeds of 14.99 Mbps, upload speeds of 6.55 Mbps, and the lowest latency in the market at 89.61 milliseconds, enabling smoother video calls, faster browsing, and improved responsiveness for real-time applications.
Jazz also led in web browsing performance, delivering the highest success rate among operators, reflecting faster page load times and a more consistent day-to-day mobile Internet experience for customers nationwide. In addition, Jazz ranked among the top performers for video streaming quality, highlighting its ability to support data-intensive services amid rising consumption of digital content.
The report further notes that Jazz demonstrated the strongest year-on-year improvement, with an 11.2 percent increase in its overall nPerf score, underscoring continued investment in network enhancement, capacity expansion, and service quality improvements.
The nPerf Mobile Connections Barometer is an independent benchmark based on anonymized, real-world, user-initiated measurements rather than laboratory testing. Using a composite score covering speed, latency, browsing, and streaming, it reflects actual customer experience across urban and rural areas. The 2025 Pakistan report is based on tests conducted throughout the year via the nPerf platform.
