Inquiry against Sadiq Umrani ordered for purchasing land on low price

ISLAMABAD, Apr 23 (APP):Chairman, National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Justice (Retd), Javed Iqbal Monday ordered
inquiry against former Minister, Sadiq Umrani for purchasing five acres of disputed land of Balochistan Clerks Association on very low price.
The Chairman, taking notice ordered Director General NAB, Balochistan to probe the matter.
The Chairman said entire nation was united against corruption and added the Bureau was trying its best to come up to expectations of people regarding elimination of corruption from society.
“Our sincere efforts against corruption will continue so that the country can get rid of this menace,” he said.
