ISLAMABAD, Dec 08 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday served notices to respondents in a petition seeking cases details against a journalist Sohrab Barkat.
The court issued notices to the Ministry of Interior, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) and others for response in the case.
The court has also issued notices to the IG Islamabad, NAB and DC Islamabad.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the plea filed by the said digital media journalist.
Sohrab Barkat’s lawyer Haider Hayat appeared before the court and I request the court to issue orders for provision of cases or inquiries against his client.
The court has issued notices to the parties and adjourned the hearing until next week.
