ISLAMABAD, Mar 25 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued notices to the CDA and the district administration in a case related to the non-availability of clean water in the Kot Hathial area of the federal capital and sought their response.
Justice Muhammad Asif heard the petition of a citizen. The petitioner’s lawyer said that dirty snd polluted water is being supplied due to the old pipeline which is spreading various diseases.
The court has sought a response from the CDA and the district administration. The court ordered to submit the response by the next hearing and adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
