IESCO notifies power suspension programme
ISLAMABAD, Mar 31 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday issued a power suspension programme for Wednesday, in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity supply from Chakwal Circle will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, affecting areas including Main Bazar.
Similarly, under the feeder GSO Circle, power will remain off from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm in Azad Pattan and from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm, Power Transformer T-2 132kv GSS Dandot, from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, 132-KV Chakwal- Bhagwal- Talagang, 132KV Kahuta City- Palandri, from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm 132KV T/L new Wah Bahter More, and surrounding areas will remain closed.
The IESCO management apologized to consumers for the inconvenience and said that power supply may be restored earlier than scheduled if the maintenance work is completed ahead of time.
