The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday issued a power suspension programme for Wednesday, in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.

ISLAMABAD, Mar 24 (APP):The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Tuesday issued a power suspension programme for Wednesday, in various areas of its region due to necessary maintenance and routine development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity supply in Jhelum Circle will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 11:00 am for feeders including New Sanghoi, Chotala, and Khai Kulia.
Similarly, in the GSO Circle, power supply will remain disrupted from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on transmission lines including 132-KV Chakwal–Bhagwal–Talagang and 132-KV Kahuta City–Palandri.
Additionally, power supply will remain suspended from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the 132-KV transmission line at New Wah Bahter More and adjoining areas.
The IESCO management apologized to consumers for the inconvenience and said that power supply may be restored earlier than scheduled if the maintenance work is completed ahead of time.
